Product engineer
Makes the architecture calls, writes the code and ships the build to the store.
Mobile app development for iOS and Android — designed, engineered, and launched by one senior team. From first wireframe to App Store, you get momentum without the agency overhead.

Mobile technologies we build with
Which project
Where an app idea stands today is the first thing that sets both the budget and the calendar. Whichever of these four describes you is where the scope conversation starts.
You start on iOS or Android. For teams who want real users to validate the idea before investing in a second platform.
A full product shipping to both stores: one shared design system, two native builds, one team. The most commonly chosen scope.
Multiple user roles, integration with systems you already run, and real scale expectations. The architecture calls are made in the first sprint.
We take over a live app. First an audit of the code, the architecture and the store standing; the repair-or-rewrite call comes after that report.
Scope
Mobile app development is the process of taking a product idea through research, design, native engineering, store submission and post-launch measurement until it is live on the App Store and Google Play. Caliency runs that entire process with one senior team, on a fixed scope and a fixed price.
What we do
We build mobile products at enterprise scale: architecture, design system, production infrastructure and store operations included. Everything ships documented, so your team can take it over after handover.
We run the design from research through to a clickable prototype, and engineering does not start until the screens are approved.
Native with Swift and Kotlin, or Flutter when a single codebase is the right call. The decision follows the product, not the technology.
API architecture, real-time sync, offline support and identity. A foundation you will not have to rewrite once your user count grows.
App Store and Google Play submission, the review process, ASO and analytics setup. Post-launch measurement and iteration stay with the same team.
A build on your device
Not a report. An app that opens on your phone.
Every week we ship a real build through TestFlight and Play Internal Testing. You see progress on your own device, not in a deck.
Selected work

Marketplace · iOS + Android · 14 weeks
We inherited an app sitting at 2.9 stars with a cold start close to five seconds. We rewrote the data layer, cut checkout from seven steps to three, and moved the team to a weekly release rhythm.
It shipped on the date they gave us in the first call. I had not seen that before.

How we work
As you scroll, the device on the right switches to that phase's actual output. No phase passes with “we are working on it in the background”.
We map user, market and technical constraints. What comes out of this phase is a scope document that also writes down everything deliberately left out of version one.
An interactive prototype and design system tested against real flows. We prove the experience here, at the phase where changing it is cheapest.
Weekly distribution through TestFlight and Play Internal Testing, automated tests and a performance budget. You see progress on your phone, not in a report.
Submission, review correspondence, ASO and analytics setup are ours. Measurement and iteration continue with the same team after release — there is no handoff.

Team
There is no account-manager layer. The senior team assigned to your project stays the same from start to finish; the engineer in the first call is the engineer who ships to the store.

Makes the architecture calls, writes the code and ships the build to the store.

Builds the flows, tests the prototype and hands the design system to production.

Sets up the API, data model and deployment pipeline; solves scale problems before they arrive.
Ways to work
We work in three ways. We decide together which one is right during the discovery call; scope and price are then fixed in the contract.

Frequently asked
If you cannot find what you need, write to us — we reply in 27 minutes on average.
Native if there is camera, AR or heavy device integration. Flutter if the same experience on both platforms is enough. We give you the decision in writing, with the reasoning.
You do — from day one. The repository is opened under your account and the IP transfer is written into the contract. Your product keeps running even if you do not continue with us.
We run the process and there is no extra charge. Our rejection rate is low because the App Review checklist and demo account are prepared before submission.
It is priced as a new item and does not start until you approve it. The contract price never rises on its own under any circumstance.
Yes. We work with in-house teams on a shared repository and a shared sprint rhythm, and document architecture decisions during handover.
Yes. Caliency is a US-registered LLC; the contract, invoicing and IP transfer follow US standards. The team works in both Turkish and English.
A 30-minute discovery call. You leave it with a clear scope, a real timeline and a fixed price — not a sales pitch.
