Representative engagement. The client name and brand stay anonymous unless we are cleared to show them, and the screens are our own reconstructions rather than client screenshots.

Brief asked for two platforms + admin in one shot. Budget and calendar were fantasy.

Written feature freeze, SwiftUI, Stripe, transactional push only, weekly TestFlight, early App Review prep.
Outcome
First-submit App Store approval. Soft launch with pilots completed the core loop without support chaos.
